About Jumeirah Beach Residence

Dubai's most fashionable place, the Jumeirah Beach Residence neighborhood, opened in 2010. The beaches are photogenic and the infrastructure is top-notch. Conveniently located in the most popular coastal area of Dubai Marina, JBR is a complex of more than 40 residential and hotel towers. All of them are built along a coastline of 1.7 km.

It is the unique location - between the beach and the marina - that draws people here. Children adore the local water park AquaFan and the colossal (the world's largest!) Ferris wheel Ain Dubai.

The area is suitable for those who do not like to drive. It is conveniently located near two metro stations, Dubai Marina and DMCC. There are also streetcar stops at both ends of the neighborhood. There is a scenic Jumeirah Beach Walk for pedestrians and cyclists. Take a ferry to the other side of the harbor (BM1 stop).
