Many bloggers and startups move to JBR because of its proximity to the Media City and Dubai Internet City neighborhoods. This is the main cluster of IT and media companies. Architecture

JBR is a complete, self-contained community with a unique atmosphere created by a combination of Mediterranean and Arabian architecture. A 265-meter pedestrian bridge leads to Bluewaters, a small bulk island in the south of the city that opened five years ago.

There are 40 towers in the area, five of which are hotels. Residential buildings in JBR are divided into 6 clusters: Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan. The most respectable is Sadaf, which includes 8 skyscrapers up to 48 floors. Each offers a choice of studios and apartments with 1-4 bedrooms to buy and rent.

For everyday shopping, Al Maya, All Day JBR and Zoom supermarkets are suitable. For large purchases, go to the Dubai Marina Mall, where the Waitrose hypermarket is located (easy to get to by tram).

There is a large medical center Medcare Medical Center in the area. Very close, in Dubai Marina - Emirates Hospital Clinic. There are 2 more clinics within a 15-minute drive: Al Zahra Hospital and Saudi German Hospital.

There are several nurseries in the Jumeirah Beach Residence area: Kidville Nursery, Toddler Town British Nursery and British Orchard Nursery. For older children, Dubai British School operates in Jumeirah Park. The program is based on the British system and is suitable for children up to 10 years of age. Children under 13 enter GEMS Wellington International School. Dubai Knowledge Park is a 10-minute drive away. It houses the universities of Middlesex University Dubai, the University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) and others.
